剧情介绍
一次飞船意外，长着黑人样子的异星兄弟（乔•莫顿 Joe Morton 饰）坠落在纽约，他能听懂地球人类的语言，却不会说。幸好在纽约不会说英语的黑人一大把，所以他也没引起人们注意。由于不懂地球规矩，他闹了很多笑话。当他学着别人从水果店老板的收银机那里拿钱时，引来了警察。落荒而逃的他在酒吧里展现了修理游戏机的绝活，在社工的帮助下找到了一份维修工的工作。 一次参观美国博物馆时，他对照着奴隶的照片向人们说明了自己就是外太空的奴隶，现在正被外星奴隶主派来的猎人追捕……The Brother is an alien who has crash-landed on Earth, in New York City. While mute, strongly empathic, and able to fix things, he resembles a Black man with strange feet. His attempt to make a place for himself in Harlem is an allegory for the immigrant experience in the United States. Meanwhile, two bounty hunters from the Brother's home planet arrive and try to capture him.
