故事讲述希望变得受欢迎的主角今田聪（大野），爱上了陪酒女桐谷玲子（清野），在店长水野爱也（片冈）提供的恋爱理论下努力奋斗。There is a man from Ibaraki. He moved to Tokyo to get high class chicks. He attends university in order to pick up pretty girls. When school begins they celebrate upon joining a club. He was not cool enough. Still he meets a girl, but is interrupted. This prompts him to change and improve. He wants to be cool.
