Plot Summary:At the end of 70s in little miner's town lives Gromovs family: Mary, Feyodor and their children - Nastya, Sasha, Sava and little Nick. Feyodor works at mine, Mary - the teacher. Their measured life full of daily cares, troubles and pleasures. Whatever happens they always have their stronghold - a loving family. Some people even jealous to Gromovs family - they are so happy together. But soon happens horrible tragedy: the father perishes, and mother with childs are compelled to leave the settlement and look for a new place where they will find their new happiness.
