Plot Summary:Based on Mikhail Bulgakov's \"Master and Margarita\". 1930's, Moscow. A famous writer finds himself in the middle of a scandal. His novel is banned, and soon after the theatrical premier of his play is canceled. In just a few days he becomes an outcast in the USSR. Inspired by these misfortunes - the writer gets to work on a new novel, in which Moscow is visited by a mysterious foreigner by the name of Woland. Woland's goal at first is to bring everyone that has wronged the writer to justice. He and his wacky entourage does this in both comic and horrifying ways. At the same time, the writer falls madly in love. However, Margarita is married and as he soon learns can't ever leave her husband. As despair mounts, the writer begins to lose a grip on reality and starts to believe that only Woland can grant the writer and Margarita the possibility of being together.
