Plot Summary:Boundary tells the story of the Thai-Cambodian conflict through accounts of an ex-soldier who lives near the border, as well as villagers from the two countries. It also touches on other conflicts in Thailand, including the 9-year-old insurgency in the south and the political divisiveness that led to a deadly military crackdown on protesters in 2010.
2010年，導演Nontawat遇見了來自泰柬邊界四色菊府的少年敖。敖多年前離家入伍，駐軍於暴動頻傳的南方地區。2012年，Nontawat追隨敖的腳步回到家鄉。此際，泰柬邊境緊張關係一觸即發，被列為世界文化遺產的當地古廟Preah Vihear Temple，長年以來即是兩國主權爭奪的焦點。而今，國內紅衫軍與黃衫軍的衝突越加增溫，再度喚醒了沉睡的歷史傷痕，邊界戰爭一觸即發......。Nontawat曾參與導演阿比查邦劇組工作，風格亦受其啟發與影響，本片是他的第一部紀錄作品，旋即入圍各大國際影展。 ★ 2013 柏林影展 ★ 2013 阿姆斯特丹國際紀錄片影展 ★ 2014 泰國影評人協會青年導演獎
