Plot Summary:More and more consumers are concerned about the quality of the food they eat because even though microbial diseases have almost disappeared, chronic diseases are taking their toll. In supermarket shelves, they try to distinguish healthy products by analyzing, for example, the production of the traditional ham and cheese escalope.
