Plot Summary:Punks and petty-thieves Hal McQueen, "Tic-Tac" and Monte do some intricate planning in order to get their hands on a large payroll which, first calls for the kidnapping of the daughter, Carolyn Elliott, of a liquor store owner. McQueen sees the light, and Carolyn learns that romance can overcome the most Herculean of obstacles, even that of being a kidnap victim.
