Plot Summary:In an editorial office the staff write about murders and other crimes. A video tape arrives one day. It features a man who calls himself 'a bad person' who claims he has raped 107 women over ten years. The video also depicts a rape. Given a suggested location on video, the staff opt to interview the man and the editor and a writer are dispatched.
