Plot Summary:A social worker in an inner-city slum tries to help its poverty-stricken residents in their fight for fair wages from a sweatshop owner, who treats them like dirt. Meanwhile, a millionaire industrialist's daughter--the fiancé of the sweatshop's cruel owner--falls from a horse and strikes her head, giving her amnesia. She wanders into the slum area and meets the social worker who, unaware of her identity, takes her in and cares for her. When he discovers who she really is, he sets out to try to persuade her father to treat his workers better.
