Plot Summary:Mild mannered suburban Englishman Howard Whittham discovers that due to a clerical error on Judgment Day he has been confused with the genocidal tyrant Vlad the Impaler and must endure a seemingly never ending bureaucracy to clear his name and get to heaven.
