Plot Summary:A dark musical about Iara, an ordinary girl who starts to work in a mental institution for women. On her first day at work, she meets some very bittersweet nurses, especially the head of the department Harriet who seems to be very intimidating. As time goes she starts to understand a little bit more of the place and gets exposed to an unknown world of hate and pain. After meeting Ebba, a patient with a dark past who clearly suffered the consequences of a bad marriage, she analyzes her current relationship and realizes that she could be tracking the same path as Ebba and all other girls living in the hospital who were mental or physically injured by their respective ones. The complete realization sinks in on the day of her wedding when, after one last bad movement from her fiancé, she comes up with an unusual and improvised revenge on her fiancé in front of all the guests, showing her strong and powerful side as a woman who might look foolish and fragile outside but strong, smart and powerful enough to control her own life outside of the comfort zone we are all put in to.\n\nStarring Cora Matheson and Emily Raquel, this special piece of art debuting Will Falks as a musical film director and guided by rock'n'roll songs in a hostile environment, comes to show another point of view from women that suffer minor to horrible attempts against their lives by their once called loved ones. It might be a short film, but with a big intention of spreading a message much needed in the sexist world we live today.
