Plot Summary:Based on the life of Sa Myeong-dang who was born Yu-jeong in the early Chosun Dynasty and was the child prodigy. He passed the state examination on Buddhism at an early age. He studied both Buddhism and martial arts and aided in repulsing the Japanese invasion of 1592.
