Plot Summary:The job market is only for those who fit the system, so what about the misfits in our society? Michl's Restaurant hires exactly these misfits and helps them to build confidence, job experience and so much more. We follow waiters, kitchen helps, cooks and other employees in their daily struggle to learn ... inside and outside the job. A touching and tough doc, for everyone who works, or wants to work.
本片出自文艺片大导演张美君之手，演员阵容强大，林凤娇是个大叔控，在片中饰演方伊凡，喜欢上了35岁的黎明（秦祥林饰），而黎明则当起了媒婆，把伊凡拱手相让，介绍给了自己的侄子黎群（梁修身饰），但黎群不善言谈，也不会追女孩子，幸好他的妹妹黎云（恬妞饰）出任参谋，但奈何伊凡一直看不上。倒对黎明一见倾心，因为伊凡从小缺少父爱，而黎明一方面给她安全感，再加上黎明撩妹技能高超，哪个孩子都招架不住。就这样黎明跟伊凡倒成了一对了。片尾主要是黎云与雷文（石峰饰）这对情侣准备吃药殉情，没想到雷文最后得知自己肿瘤是良性，结局是皆大欢喜。
