Plot Summary:Albert thinks he is old enough to get a dog, as he's now seven. He tries to convince dad that he's not too young, even if he has an imaginary best friend to help him solve his problems. He gets new hope, when he gets to know a magician. But is magic what's needed to get father's understanding and a dog?
曾因影片《丹麦诗人》而获得奥斯卡动画短片奖的Torill Kove，今年带来了她的新作、基于瑞典著名童书改编的电影《Hocus Pocus Alfie Atkins!》（阿特金斯的戏法，暂译）。影片主人公阿尔菲在北欧是个家喻户晓的小孩，这次他终于从图书中出来走上了大银幕。7岁的阿尔菲虽然到了上学的年龄，但是他一直以来的梦想是养一条狗，可是父亲不让，于是便引发了这一场亦真亦幻的演出。
