Plot Summary:A political comedy about ordinary school teacher becoming the President of Ukraine. He tries to live an ordinary life without all 'President's privileges' and works really hard to build a new country and fight the army of corrupted and deceitful bureaucrats.
瓦西里·彼得罗维奇，一位普通的乌克兰中学历史老师，因为一段在与同事的争论中富含辛辣针砭时弊的视频而走红网络，一夜成名，网名和公民们都异常喜爱瓦西里的率真和勇气想要让他当总统，他自己却情愿过正常的生活，安贫乐道，喜欢骑自行车上班，然而腐败狡猾的寡头们迅速行动起来，主动出击，利用他们所支配的内阁总理以名为招纳实为架空的手段把瓦西里弄成了总统，家人，前妻，新欢，利诱还有一个个难题都摆在他的面前，不过瓦西里自有办法，他亲手组建了自己的班子，究竟他和他的“杂牌军”能否站稳脚跟，彻底击败代表寡头利益的腐败总理呢？
