Plot Summary:A 16-year old Icelandic boy's first kiss with another boy gives him "jitters"--feelings he can't deny. This is a well-written film that captures the confusion and excitement of being a teenager, with an attractive ensemble cast. The film follows the lives of several teens and the challenges they face, in particular with their parents/guardians.
腼腆的冰岛男孩加百列（阿特利·奥斯卡·法奈森 Atli Oskar Fjalarsson 饰）来到英国做交流生，与洒脱的马科斯（哈拉迪尔·阿里·斯特凡松 Haraldur Ari Stefánsson 饰）成为室友。马科斯开启了加百列内心叛逆的一面，某晚两人喝过酒后，在校园的大树下情不自禁......当加百列回到冰岛后，他发现自己再也无法融入原来的朋友圈，等待他的是一张爬满困惑和躁动的成长地图。 书写欧洲青少年迷离青春的《颤涌》在2011年有“冰岛奥斯卡”之称的埃达奖上入围最佳影片、最佳导演、最佳剧本等8个主要奖项，被称为电影版《皮囊》。片名“Jitters”是发抖的意思，它形容了少年的心境——无论是爱情来袭的那刻，还是被青春的刀片割出伤口，都会在肾上腺素的作用下引发身体和内心的颤抖与脱力。
