Plot Summary:A teenage boy with a cat slipped into Neo-Tokio of A.D. 2050 from Tokyo of A.D. 1983, and he lost his memory. Captain Gondo of a brunch police station Magnapolice-38 gives him a name as Ryû Urashima, and assigns him as a special police officer, because there is a high possibility that he has something like a supernatural power due to the time travel. Ryû and his colleagues Claude and Sophia fight against a huge crime organization Neo-crime.
西暦1983年から突如、2050年の大都会ネオトキオに一人の少年が「ウラシマ・エフェクト」でタイムスリップした。タイムスリップ前の記憶を失った少年は、浦島リュウという名を与えられ機動メカ分署「マグナポリス38」の刑事となる。分署長の権藤警部たち3人と、ネオトキオで暗躍する犯罪組織ネクライムと戦う。
