Plot Summary:Pompeyo Pimpollo and Rodolfo Bambolino, two lino-type artists from El Heraldo de Madrid, want to be movie stars, so they take a test conducted by the American filmmaker E. S. Carawa. When rejected, they decide to attract attention by planning a false murder that is complicated to the point that Rodolfo is sentenced to death.
