Plot Summary:The mysterious death of Sir Charles Baskerville is blamed on a longstanding curse that has followed the Baskerville family for two hundred years. Enigmatic sleuth Sherlock Holmes is on the case to uncover the truth about a monstrous, supernatural hound who roams the moors, waiting to attack the latest heir to the Baskerville estate.
福尔摩斯（马特·弗里沃 Matt Frewer 饰）和华生（肯尼斯·威尔什 Kenneth Welsh 饰）收到了查理士爵士（Barry Baldaro 饰）的死讯，前去调查案件的真相。关于爵士的死众说纷纭，传播的最为广泛的说法是他受到了巴斯克维尔家族的诅咒，被隐藏在沼泽中的巨大猎犬攻击致死。当然，这种怪力乱神的说法对于向来崇尚科学的福尔摩斯来说完全就是无稽之谈。 福尔摩斯找到了查理士爵士的侄子亨利（杰森·伦敦 Jason London 饰），调查得知在亨利的身上发生了好几件怪事，不仅如此，亨利还收到了一封神秘的警告信，告诫他不要再回到巴斯克维尔庄园。随着种种线索接二连三的浮出水面，福尔摩斯渐渐摸清了一切的真相。
