Plot Summary:Maggie is not a great place right now. Her life and flat are in a mess. She has work that needs finishing and a box of tissues to help her deal with her disastrous love life. Waking up late to a phone call from her boss' superficial wife is not a good way to start the day. But that day is about to get a whole lot worse. The 'baby' that is being looked after here refers to an elderly Bulldog called Winston, the beloved pet of Mrs Wollenberg, the wife of Maggie's boss and Step mother of her recent ex boyfriend. It turns out that this isn't going to be a good day for Winston either and as Maggie tries to take him surreptitiously to the vet she runs into just about the worst person ever.
The story of a woman who has lost control and self-confidence and an unfortunate sequence of events that may well derail her altogether.
