雾岛美丽的夏天:剧情介绍
Plot Summary:In a film that recalls the memories of the director's youth in Miyazaki Prefecture in Southern Japan during World War II, the local population is working hard in factories, on the road and the land aiding the war effort and preparing to defend against the impending invading American army. Life goes on amidst the deaths, turmoil and tragedy, but these are not usual times.
1945年8月，在隔海可以望见宫崎的雾岛小村庄上，初三男孩日高康夫（柄本佑 饰）正在祖父母的家中疗养。康夫在大空袭中目睹好友的离去，并罹患了肺炎，因此告别满洲的父母来到此地。祖母（左時枝 饰）虽然慈爱，祖父重德（原田芳雄 饰）却是一个十分严厉的老人，这令康夫的乡间生活无聊而压抑。 此时日本已然战败，从中国大陆撤回的士兵进驻村庄日夜操练，准备和美军的最后决战。经历了战争洗礼的大人们有着各自的心事与烦恼。而少年不知愁滋味的康夫则因为青梅竹马的女孩儿度过一个还算快乐的夏天。 本片荣获2003年《电影旬报》最佳影片、最佳导演和最佳新人奖。
