Plot Summary:Four Black women, all of whom have suffered for lack of money and at the hands of the majority, undertake to rob banks. While initially successful, a policeman who was involved in shooting one of the women's brothers is on their trail. As the women add to the loot, their tastes and interests begin to change and their suspicions of each other increase on the way to a climactic robbery.
Stoney、Frankie 、Cleo 、Tisean是四个平日同甘共苦的好朋友，她们四人之中有同志、有被解雇的银行职员、有努力供弟弟念大学的姊姊、有单亲妈妈，四个人的境遇各有不同，唯一相同的是，她们都受到种族或性别上的歧视;她们希望自由与独立的生活，而钱是让她们脱离目前窘况的唯一工具，于是一场令人颤栗的黑色事业就此展开......
