学会驾驶:剧情介绍
Plot Summary:Wendy (Patrician Clarkson), a self-absorbed New York book critic, is shocked to reality by the sudden end of her marriage. Always dependent on her husband for driving, she must now learn to take the wheel on her own. Her instructor Darwan (Ben Kingsley) is a Sikh Indian who watches with alarm as his pupil falls apart at the seams. He himself is contemplating an arranged marriage with a woman he has never met. As these two lives intersect, both will change in unpredictable ways.
温蒂（派翠西娅·克拉克森 Patricia Clarkson 饰）做了二十一年的书评家，一直生活在象牙塔和自己的世界之中，连最基本的开车都不会，进出均由丈夫接送，便也没有觉得有什么不方便。然而，让温蒂做梦也没有想到的是，丈夫居然提出了离婚，并且果断的离开了自己。 一时间，温蒂的世界崩塌了，她开始怀疑和怨恨身边的每一个男人。然而，最大的问题还是她失去了唯一的“司机”，无奈之下，温蒂决定开始尝试学习开车。达文（本·金斯利 Ben Kingsley 饰）是温蒂的教练，这位来自印度的政治难民，因为他的身份和装扮屡屡遭到周围人的误会和排挤。就这样，温蒂和达文开始了他们的课程，两颗伤痕累累的心挤在小小的驾驶室中，不可避免的碰撞出了爱情的火花。
