Plot Summary:The daily routine of father and son is interrupted by an encounter of an unfamiliar boy, different from them in color. An allegory to racism as an acquired cultural epidemic, the story discusses the question of personal conscience versus education and environment. Can we really insist on our personal belief system, when what we must believe in, is dictated to us? The film presents how easily we acquire fear and hatred of foreigners, as well as how easily we might become the 'strangers' and 'others' ourselves.
荒郊野外，惨淡斜阳。一位穿着背带裤的老人蒋马生搭在树枝上，几经努力，他为可爱的小孙子做了一个结实的秋千。看看孙子没有问题，老人默不作声，转身离开。小男孩百无聊赖地坐在秋千上，就在此时，大树后面探出了绿色小男孩的脑袋。孩子间本就没有什么芥蒂，得到对方的邀请，绿色小男孩走了过来，和之前那个孩子并肩而坐。就在此时，老爷爷再度出现，绿色小男孩被吓跑了。老爷爷一言不发，只是用手绢擦去了孙子身上沾染的绿色。 男孩没有学会包容，他过早的学会了仇恨和杀戮……
